How to Open, Print & Enjoy Your Digital Memorial Art

1. What You’ll Receive

Your digital download includes everything you need — no extra work required.

• High-Resolution JPG — Perfect for printing, framing, and sending to a print shop.
• High-Resolution PNG — Great for digital use, sharing, or printing on different materials.
• Print-Shop–Ready File — A PDF or large-format JPG sized exactly to the dimensions you selected (8×10, 11×14, 16×20, etc.). This is the file you’ll give to a professional printer.

2. How to Download Your Files

After your artwork is finalized, you will receive an email with:

• A direct link to your files
• A Download All button

Just click the link and save the files to your computer, your phone’s files app, or a cloud folder like Google Drive, iCloud, or Dropbox. Tip: save them somewhere easy to find later. These are special pieces — keep them safe.

3. How to Print at Home

If you have a home printer, you can print your artwork easily. Recommended settings:

• Paper — Matte photo paper or cardstock
• Quality — Best / High
• Size — Match the size you selected at checkout
• Color — Color or Photo mode

Best results: print on 8×10 or smaller sizes for home printers. Larger prints look better through a professional service.

4. How to Print at a Local Print Shop

Staples, FedEx Office, Office Depot, Walgreens, and CVS can all print your artwork. Simply tell them:

• “This is a high-resolution art print. Please print it in the size noted in the file name.”

Give them your print-shop-ready file (PDF or large JPG) and they’ll take care of the rest. Recommended papers: matte photo paper, ultra-smooth cardstock, or archival matte if available. This is the easiest option if you want quick, in-person pickup.

5. How to Print Online

Here are online printers we like:

• mpix — Good for fast, quality prints

Upload your print-shop-ready file, choose your size, and select matte or satin finish with no color correction. This keeps the print true to the design. Your print will arrive ready to frame.

6. Recommended Frame Sizes

All of our artwork is created in standard frame-friendly sizes:

• 8×10
• 11×14
• 16×20
• A2 / A3
• Custom sizes

You can find beautiful, affordable frames at Target, Michaels, HomeGoods, Amazon, and IKEA. Floating frames and natural wood frames look especially beautiful with our Light Blueprints.

7. Troubleshooting

• The file looks blurry — Blurry files usually mean you’re viewing a thumbnail. Make sure you download the full-size version.
• The colors look different when printed — This is normal across printers. Ask your print shop to turn OFF auto color correction.
• My printer cut off the edges — Check your settings: set Scale to 100%, turn OFF Fit to page, and select the exact size you ordered.
• The file won’t open — Try opening it on a computer instead of a phone, or download again. You can always email us if you need help.
