Our process at Into The Light
Thank you for trusting us with something so sacred. We know that every piece carries deep meaning, and we want you to feel completely cared for along the way. Below is everything you need to know about how we create, revise, and care for your order.
Production
Light Blueprints
- A digital proof is emailed within 48 hours of placing your order.
- Unlimited revisions are included before printing.
- Production begins only after your proof has been approved.
- Once approved, your artwork typically ships within 72 hours.
Altar Art
- Production begins within 48 hours of your order.
- Your artwork typically ships within 72 hours after production begins.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free and typically takes 5–8 business days once your order leaves our studio. Express shipping arrives in 2–3 business days, and overnight shipping arrives the next business day.
Overnight shipping refers only to the shipping speed once your order leaves our studio. Because every piece is made on demand to order, please allow for production time before it ships. Light Blueprints ship after your proof is approved; Altar Art ships after production begins.
In the majority of cases we can ship to P.O. Box addresses with postal carriers. However, couriers like FedEx, UPS and DPD cannot deliver to these types of addresses, and framed prints and canvases are often too big to go to P.O. Boxes. If you are unsure, please use a physical address at checkout or contact us.
When your product ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Damages in transit are rare but can happen. If this does occur, please use our damage report form. You can upload photos of the damaged item and packaging and add your order number and packing details in one step, so we can investigate the cause and find a suitable solution as soon as possible. We are always happy to either reprint or refund an order which arrives damaged.
Returns
Because every piece is printed to order just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Light Blueprints are personalized specifically for each customer, and Altar Art is produced individually for every order.
If your artwork arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not match your approved proof, we will replace it at no cost. Your peace of mind matters to us.
Revisions
Light Blueprints include unlimited revisions during the proof stage. We want you to feel absolutely sure before anything is printed.
No artwork is printed until you have approved your proof.
Altar Art is not customized and therefore does not include revisions.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins.
For Light Blueprints, production begins after your proof has been approved.
For Altar Art, production begins within 48 hours of your order.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible. If you have any concerns, please reach out and we will do our best to help.
Sales Tax
We are not currently collecting sales tax. The price shown at checkout, plus any shipping upgrade you choose, is the full amount due today.
Once our state sales tax registration is complete, tax will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping or billing address you provide, and shown as a separate line before you pay.
The total shown on your order confirmation email always reflects exactly what was charged.
Digital Downloads
Digital artwork is delivered electronically by email.
Because digital files cannot be returned after delivery, digital purchases are non-refundable.
For customized Light Blueprints, unlimited revisions are included before final delivery.
