Tracking your order
When your product ships, we will email you a tracking link. You can also look up your order anytime at intothelightgifts.com/orders/lookup.
Damaged in transit?
Damages are rare, but if your order arrives damaged please use our damage report form. It takes a minute: upload photos of the damaged item and the packaging, add your order number and a few packing details, and we'll investigate right away. We are always happy to either reprint or refund an order that arrives damaged.
Custom & International Orders
We're happy to help with requests that fall outside the standard checkout flow.
